This variety comes from an area near the North Korean capital of Pyongyang.  Pyongyang stores very well.  Typically 4-8 cloves per bulb.  Cloves are light brown with a rosy blush.  A light pleasent flavor when baked.  Our tasting shows a mild garlic flavor, strong heat that lasts.  Awesome!
