Wow!  Carpathian.  From the Carpathian Mountains of Southwest Poland.  Could this garlic get any better than its name.  Carpathian is an excellent tasting garlic; Strong, rich and sweet all rolled into one.  This variety gained heightened attention when Cook's Illustrated picked this as it's favorite out of 8 cultivars.  We love this variety.  Nummers...
