Our only softneck. Discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation by Larry Geno; 4 to 5 clove layers with 8-20 cloves. Our tasting shows Inchelium is very garlicky with an instant heat that mellows. This variety was the top-rated softneck garlic at a 1990 Rodale Kitchens taste test.
