Truly its namesake.  Beautiful large bulb and cloves.  This strain was developed at Beaver Pond Estates in Ontario, Canada.  Usually about 4 large cloves per bulb.  Well worth it!  Storage can be as good as 7-8 months.  We do not have tasting notes on this variety because they are too beautiful to taste.
