Penasco is from the Penasco, New Mexico area.  Wonderfully aromatic and mild enough to eat raw.  Wide-blue-green leaves.  Rocomabole scapes form tight loops of 1-3 coils .  Clove color ranges from tan to brown.  Mild garlic flavor that is very well rounded.  This is one of our favorites!
