Wow!  Killarney Red is a very desired garlic.  Its origins are unclear, but could have originated from a farm in Idaho.  Very cold hardy with nice uniform bulbs.  It is a very productive cultivar with a sweet, classic Rocamble flavor.  Our tasting shows a robust garlic spunkieness with a nice aftertaste.
