Music is an outstanding plant producing large white bulbs.  Music was introduced to Ontario from Italy in the 1980's by Al Music; it is a mainstay to garlic producers in Canada.  We love this variety because of it's beautiful bulbs and cloves.  Starchy-sweet when baked.  Hot when consumed raw.
