Super fun and great to braid...  Shandong is a Turban which is a sub-variety of Artichoke.  Shandong is from China's Shandong Province.  Maintains food garlic flavor when baked.  Our tasting shows a very nice garlic flavor, but flamming hot when eaten raw!  We know!  Early to mature.  Storage life is 4-6 months with nice tight wrappers.
